The boys basketball team will face St. Henry in the opening round of the OHSAA basketball tournament. BHS is still in Division III but has transferred to the Wapak Sectional. The winner of Bluffton / St. Henry faces Lima Central Catholic in the sectional final.
Tourney play opens on Tuesday March 2. Bluffton plays the late game, starting at approximately 8:00.
The Wapak sectional lays out as such:
March 2, 6:15: Delphos Jefferson vs Parkway
March 2, 8:00: St. Henry vs Bluffton
March 5, 6:15: Winner of DJ/PAR vs Coldwater,
March 5, 8:00: Winner of SH/BLU vs LCC
Seeds: Coldwater (1), LCC (2)
Winners advance to Elida District to play March 11
